September’s Last Golden Hour

September’s Last Golden Hour

One moment it still feels like summer, and then suddenly the days feel a little different—the light softer, evenings earlier, and fall unmistakably waiting around the corner.

In the Northern Hemisphere, September 22 marked the 2026 autumnal equinox, the astronomical beginning of fall. After the equinox, nights gradually become longer than days, creating one of the season’s most noticeable changes.

And September leaves behind some beautiful clues. Asters and chrysanthemums begin showing off their autumn colors, while leaves gradually trade summer green for shades of yellow, orange and red. Interestingly, that transformation is driven largely by changes in daylight, rather than simply cooler temperatures.

It’s also the perfect moment for those little style transitions we love: bringing out a favorite cardigan, adding a burgundy accessory, swapping sandals for loafers, or simply reaching for richer colors.

Squeem fans have a talent for making those small details feel special. And perhaps that's the best way to say goodbye to September—not with a dramatic farewell, but by enjoying one more beautiful outfit, one more coffee outdoors, one more bouquet of flowers, or one last golden-hour moment.

September may be leaving, but its colors are just getting started. 🍂✨
