You may return your item(s) for a full refund within 30 days from the purchase date.
When is my return processed?
Up to 3 days after your item(s) is(are) received at our fulfillment center. Please note that it may take up to 15 days for your item(s) to arrive at our facilities.
How long does it take until I get my refund?
We want you to receive your money back as fast as possible. Once we have your item(s), it takes 2 business days for the refund to be processed and approximately 3-5 business days for the refund amount to show up in your account.
Do I have to pay to ship my item(s) back to Squeem?
Absolutely not, if the item(s) are shipped back within 30 days from the purchase date from an address in the Continental U.S.
The original shipping and handling charges, if any, will not be refunded.
Does Squeem accept returns if the Item(s) was(were) purchased from another website or store?
At this point we can only accept returns if the merchandise was directly purchased from Squeem.com.
Can I return after 30 days?
We are so committed to ensuring your total satisfaction that, if you want to return an item after 30 days, and your item is in new and unworn conditions, we will issue you a coupon for the amount you paid for the original item so you can select a new item. You are responsible for shipping the item back to Squeem. We recommend using an insured, traceable shipping method.
Be aware that items returned to Squeem cannot be shipped back to you.
