So, here is our Zero Risk Policy: you can exchange or return your item(s) for a full refund within 30 days from the purchase date, and we’ll pay for the return shipping if you are in the Continental U.S.
A couple of special cases: clearance and final sale items are non-returnable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable. Gift cards, store credit and shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.

When is my return processed?
Up to 3 days after your item(s) is(are) delivered to us, but it may take up to 15 days for your item(s) to arrive at our facilities.
How long does it take until I get my refund?
We refund you as soon as we have your item(s), but it may take 3-7 business days for the refund to show up in your account, it will depend on how fast your bank/credit card company posts it.
How long does it take to get my exchanged item(s)?
As soon as you ship back your return item(s), your exchange order is processed. So, it typically takes 1 business day for it to ship, and 3 to 5 business days to be delivered at your address.
Do I have to pay to ship my item(s) back to Squeem?
Absolutely not, if the item(s) is(are) shipped back within 30 days from the purchase date from an address in the Continental U.S.
The original shipping and handling charges, if any, will not be refunded.
Does Squeem accept returns if the item(s) was(were) purchased from another website or store?
At this point we only accept returns if the item(s) was(were) purchased at Squeem.com.
Can I return after 30 days?
We are so committed to your total satisfaction that, if you want to return an item after 30 days, and your item is in new and unworn conditions, with labels and tags intact, and is NOT a clearance or final sale item, we will issue you a coupon for the amount you paid for the original item to use towards your next purchase at squeem.com. Please, chat with us or email us at support@squeem.com for instructions on how to ship your return. You are responsible for shipping the original item back to Squeem. We suggest using an insured, traceable shipping method.
BTW, items returned to Squeem cannot be shipped back to you.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30-day notice prior to such new terms taking effect.
