The Mother of Social Work

The Mother of Social Work
Jane Addams was a true visionary and trailblazer, widely regarded as the "Mother of Social Work." In 1889, she co-founded Hull House in Chicago, a community center that offered social, educational, and artistic programs to immigrants and the underprivileged. Her compassionate approach to helping others laid the foundation for modern social work. In 1931, she became the first American woman to win the Nobel Peace Prize for her dedication to helping the disadvantaged and promoting peace 🕊️.

Much like Jane Addams, here at Squeem, we believe in lifting others up 💪. Our fans embody that same spirit of empowerment, supporting not only themselves but also each other as they navigate life’s challenges 🌟. Just as Addams saw strength in community, we see it in the Squeem community, where each of you inspires others through confidence and resilience ✨.

As we reflect on Jane Addams’ legacy, we’re reminded that change begins with care—whether for our communities or ourselves 💖. We applaud you for being a part of that change, and for embracing your own power while helping others along the way, just like Jane did 💕.
